Graham has over 25 years’ experience in technology strategy and change implementation, working for global organisations in both the private and public sector. His career encompasses strategy, planning, design and delivery and he understands what it takes to implement technology change in a complex environment.

Combining significant financial services and Government advisory experience with a strong technology and business track record, he provides a pragmatic, realistic understanding of technology trends and how they can help (or hinder) transformation.

As Transformation Director at ServiceNow, Graham supports the technology leaders in our key customers, helping shape and delivery transformation programmes and strategies.

Previous experience includes CIO/CTO roles with the UN, Fujitsu and a major water retailer; programme director roles with a high street bank and non executive/investor roles with 2 sector leading tech start-ups in Cyber and AI.  As a major project reviewer with the Infrastructure Projects Authority, Graham supports significant digital change programmes for both the UK and Scottish Governments.
