Adam Dumbell

Adam Dumbell is a user researcher in the Design Ops team in DfE. Adam is passionate about getting the voice of the user into the services the department delivers. In his time at DfE, Adam has been involved in covid recovery projects and internal services to help team’s meet the service standard and is a key player in shaping the user research community in DfE.
