Mark Lumley

Mark Lumley is the Director for Digital & IT for the London Borough of Hounslow and the current President of Socitm.

Mark’s passion is harnessing the opportunities that technology can provide to enhance the everyday experience of receiving and providing public services. His motivation comes from making a difference and transforming services through digital delivery and he approaches this consistently with energy, drive and positivity.   

He has over 20 years’ experience in leading transformational change and smarter working programmes; implementing streamlined, user-centric digital services; and joining up transactional service delivery and end to end process redesign.
